Eric Randall: Director of Recycling
Eric is responsible for the overall development of Bryson Recycling. As a self-confessed recycling enthusiast, he has a leading role in developing what has grown to become one of Northern Ireland’s largest recycling initiatives.
Resource magazine named him one of the UK’s leading Top 100 people most likely to make a positive difference to the way the UK manages its waste. Eric has also been awarded an MBE for his services to waste management.

Jim Sinclair: General Manager
Jim joined Bryson Recycling in 2001, and is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly at the recycling centre. As well as managing the day to day duties he is responsible for the health and safety of all staff.
His experience in the distribution and logistics industry spans more than 30 years. During this time he has worked for some of Northern Ireland’s largest retailers and is used to managing large-scale operations. |

Aileen Monahan: Operations Manager (Kerbside - Mallusk)
Aileen joined Bryson Recycling in 2004,and is responsible for the management of the kerbside service in Belfast, Castlereagh, Carrickfergus, Ballymena, Newtownabbey and L'Derry. Since joining the company Aileen has also played a key role in the implementation of ISO quality and environmental standards.
Aileen’s previous experience was as a Learning and Development Officer with HCL Technologies. |

Robin Schofield: Operations Manager (Kerbside - Banbridge)
Robin manages the daily operations at the Bryson Recycling depot in Banbridge, and is responsible for the management of the kerbside service in Armagh and Banbridge.
Robin has previous management experience in the footwear manufacturing industry, and also worked as an Employment Liaison Officer. He joined Bryson Recycling in 2004. |

Katy Fulton: Operations Manager (MRF)
Katy is responsible for managing the MRF (materials recovery facility) at Bryson Recycling and ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and effectively. She ensures that standards of service provision, material quality and productivity are maintained within the MRF
Katy has 12 years experience in production management in the food industry and joined Bryson Recycling in 2005. |

Marcus Corrigan: Engineering Manager
Marcus joined Bryson Recycling in 2006, and is responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the MRF. He liases with contractors and deals with the upkeep of the plant equipment and preventative maintenence.
Marcus has over 10 years engineering experience, including 3 years screening municipal waste. |

Claire McCallum: Marketing and Promotions Manager
Claire joined Bryson Recycling in 2004 and is responsible for co-ordinating all marketing and promotional activity. To help spread the word about the company’s services and the benefits of recycling, Claire produces leaflets, writes newsletters, manages the media coverage and organises promotional events.
Claire previously worked in two local authorities where she dealt with the implementation and promotion of recycling services. |

Fiona Perry: Business Development Manager
Fiona is responsible for managing the commercial collection service and assists with the overall development of the company.
Fiona joined the company in October 2005, and has previous management experience in the hospitality industry.

Lynn Stewart: Office and Finance Manager
Lynn is the Office and Finance Manager at Bryson Recycling, and is responsible for managing all administrative duties within the organisation as well as processing all invoices. She also manages the computer systems.
Lynn joined the company in 2005 as an Administrator and was promoted to her current position in November 2006. Lynn has a background in computing and was previoulsy a sales manager for a global retailer. |

Ken Ewing: Assistant Operations Manager
Ken joined Bryson Recycling as Assistant Operations Manager in 2006. He is responsible for assisting with general operations management, as well as dealing with all personnel issues.
Ken previously worked as a productions supervisor in the tobacco industry for 24 years. |

Richard Collins: Development Officer
Richard is the Development Officer in Bryson Recycling, and is responsible for developing the company's rapidly growing commercial collection service for businesses and schools.
Richard joined the company in March 2008 and previously worked in waste management for a local authority. He also has management experience in retail and hospitality.

Colin Bell: Kerbside Supervisor (Belfast)
Colin is responsible for supervising the box collection service in Belfast.
Colin began working for Bryson in 1995 on the Cash for Cans project. Colin was promoted to his current position in 2001 when the first kerbside recycling service was launched. |

Harry Houston: Kerbside Supervisor (Castlereagh & Carrickfergus)
Harry is the responsible for supervising the box service in Castlereagh and Carrickfergus.
Harry joined the company as a kerbside driver in 2004, and was promoted to the position of supervisor in 2007. |

David Hudson: Kerbside Supervisor (Ballymena)
David supervises the kerbside collection in Ballymena.
David joined the company as a driver in 2001, and was promoted to his current role in 2003. |

Clayton Redpath: Kerbside Supervisor (Newtownabbey)
Clayton supervises the kerbside collection in Newtownabbey.
Clayton joined the company in 2006, and was promoted to his current role in February 2007. He previously worked in financial services. |

Eddie Porter: Kerbside Supervisor (L'Derry)
Eddie supervises the kerbside collection in the Derry City Council area.
Eddie joined the company in January 2008, and has 22 years experience in logistics, transport and warehousing. |

Carl Ferguson: Canvassing Supervisor
Carl is responsible for supervising the canvassing service. The canvassing team call with householders to promote the company's box collection service.
Carl joined Bryson Recycling in 2006, and previously worked in the banking industry for 32 years. |

Geoff McVeigh: MRF Supervisor
Geoff is responsible for daily running of the MRF at Bryson Recycling. He organises all staffing issues, and is responsible for the sorting process within the plant.
Geoff previously worked in the manufacturing industry, and joined Bryson Recycling in 2004. |

Jaroslaw Stanislawek: MRF Supervisor
Jaroslaw is responsible for supervising yard staff on the evening shift. He carries out quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing materials, and co-ordinates the cleaning of the warehouse, yard and machinery.
Jaroslaw joined the company in 2005, and is a vehicle mechanic by trade.

David Reynolds: MRF Supervisor
David oversees all baling operations and supervises the offloading of kerbside vehicles.
David joined Bryson Recycling in 2005 as a driver, and was promoted to his current role in 2007. He previously worked in the transport industry.

James Webb: MRF Supervisor
James co-ordinates the delivery of materials to reprocessors and is responsible for the day to day organisation of all fork lifts and telehandler drivers.
James worked for 18 years in the electronics industry, and joined Bryson Recycling in 2007.

Danielle Shields: Administrator
Danielle joined Bryson Recycling as an administrator in 2007, and is responsible for dealing with customer queries, invoicing, filing and other office duties.
Danielle previously worked in a distribution company in an administrative role.

Gordon Gault: Administrator
Gordon works in the office at Bryson Recycling, and deals with all administrative duites, including dealing with telephone enquiries.
Gordon joined the company in 2006, and previously worked in a customer care role for a large retail company.

Jennifer McCloy: Administrator
Jennifer works in the office at Bryson Recycling, and deals with all administrative duties, including telephone enquiries and co-ordinating the company’s maintenance programme.
Jennifer joined Bryson Recycling in 2007, and has previous experience in telesales.

Catherine Hamill: Administrator
Catherine works in the office at Bryson Recycling, and deals with all administrative duites, including dealing with telephone enquiries.
Catherine joined the company in 2008, and previously worked in the hotel industry and in retail.
